He has been a primary lecturer of and contributor to both Level I and Level II Airborne Ultrasound Technology courses. A strong proponent of the concept that “learning is doing”, Mr. Pereira is constantly working on new techniques and technologies to upgrade the UE Training courses and to assure students of success. Mr. Pereira has lectured about the technologies associated with predictive maintenance, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Proactive Maintenance around the world in such countries as all Latin America countries. Mr. Pereira has been a primary factor in the current success and popularity of UE Training Systems courses. Carlos M. Echevarria Carlos Echevarria is graduate of the University of Phoenix, Puerto Rico campus, where he received a B.A. in management and a M.A. in Technology Management. With a combination of more than 20 years in the field of predictive maintenance and systems relibility, as well electrical mechanics, Echevarria has several certifications in this field, among them are international level III certifications like Thermography Certified by Infraspection Institute, Vibrations Analysis level II by Mobius and Ultrasound Inspection level I by UE Systems, Inc.. In addition he has completed levels I and II in Oil Analysis from Noria, Corp. and courses of alignment by laser and engine rotating balance from Predictive Technologies, Inc. Echevarria retired from the Army Reserves of the United States, where he stands out as instructor specializing in telecommunications. He has been an instructor for the School of Electrician Experts of Puerto Rico where he has spread his knowledge and experience in order to facilitate the continuous education for the Skillful Electricians of Puerto Rico. He has been a consulting trainer and in the field of the predictive maintenance and Reliability for last the 12 years for the pharmacuetical and biotechnical industries. Armed with practical experience, knowledge and confidence in analysis and use of the predictive technologies like tools to detect electrical and mechanical faults eliminating the problem at its root, thus creating new opportunities and perspective in this field. Presently he works for Amgen Manufacturing Limited where he works as Reliability Engineer I. Within his functions he has been successful in the development in-house and colaboration of predictive maintenance programs and RCM for this organization. Mike Cicholski Mike began his career with U. S. Steel in 1980 as a supervisor of systems technology implementation with maintenance crews primarily focused on hot strip rolling and thermal applications processing steel sheet and plate. Shortly after his U. S. Steel tenure, Mike joined Alcoa in 1982 as a systems engineer and focused with smelters implementing load control and power demand, and computer integrated manufacturing, the company’s largest systems change. At that point, Mike realized his passion for working with people, specifically with change and introduced change management and organizational effectiveness principles to Alcoa.
